Shipping rates vary and will be calculated once you have provided your address at checkout.
We ship nationwide in South Africa!
We are not currently shipping internationally (but watch this space!)
Refunds
Refunds or replacements are offered in specific cases
Damaged goods and undelivered items can be refunded or replaced, depending on your preference and the specific product purchased, provided you offer sufficient proof of damage within 48 hours of receiving your parcel.
If your items arrive damaged, please send a photograph of the box and its contents along with a description of the damage to cocoaandhoneyza@gmail.com and we'll happily assist you!
